Hope Crisis Prevention Network

Hope Crisis Prevention Network is a support team comprised of skilled clinicians from varied fields and backgrounds. Together, they bring a wealth of expertise and experience to prevent crisis situations. Team members bring to the table vast experience in providing client-specific interventions, therapies, training, de-escalation techniques, resource development, and communication strategies. Teams work in coordination with families and community providers to ensure that services are designed to strengthen a person’s ability to remain, and most importantly, thrive in a community setting.

What is our Goal?

Hope Collaborative Support Services strives to improve the lives of persons with ID/DD by providing the services and support needed for them to succeed in their communities. Our program can help provide the tools that are needed to build the foundation of a person’s success. All ID/DD persons have a right to live in the least restrictive environment and flourish in their own communities. We are here to help them succeed!

What is a Support Team?

Hope Collaborative Support Services (CSS) is a program to meet the needs of persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD). Persons with ID/DD often have co-occurring mental illness and behavior challenges. CSS is a program to provide emotional, behavioral, and community supports for those near or currently in crisis. We consist of multiple Support Teams who provide a wide range of community-based supports, therapies, and consultation services.
