
Community Day Services
Our Community Day Services program offers more than just supervision—it’s a therapeutic environment where adults can grow, build skills, and find purpose in their day. We use a person-centered planning process to design a support path tailored to each participant’s interests, strengths, and goals.
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We help adults with ID/DD thrive by focusing on:
- Personal Choice
- Independence
- Appropriate Social Behavior
- Improved Quality of Life
Our team works closely with participants and their support systems to:
- Develop life skills
- Enhance independence
- Reinforce healthy behaviors and routines
- Fully Certified
- Transportation Provided
- Part-Time & Full-Time Options
Qualifications
Is this program right for you? This service is designed for adults 18 and older with a diagnosed intellectual and/or developmental disability who are seeking structured, meaningful daytime activities. It is ideal for individuals looking to build daily living and social skills in a supportive environment. Some individuals may be eligible for full time funding through Department of Human Service – Division of Developmental Disabilities.
