Tim Baker

Chief of Community Based Programs

Timothy L. Baker obtained his bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Central Michigan University and has a master’s degree in Clinical Behavior Psychology through Eastern Michigan University. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois since 2007. Tim has served in leadership/clinical roles in a variety of settings serving various persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health issues, traumatic brain injury persons and the adolescents in the juvenile justice system. He previously served as the Director of Outpatient Programs at Riveredge Hospital, which included the creation of a Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program and traditional Outpatient Program. Currently, he is the Chief of Community Based Programs at Hope. Timothy currently provides leadership and clinical oversight to the following programs: Illinois Crisis Prevention Network and Wrentham Therapeutic Services.
