This year’s “Fund the Need” initiative will support Empowering Potential Through Virtual Reality, an expansion of Hope’s innovative educational tools. The goal is to incorporate cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) technology into classrooms and programming. VR enables students to take control of their learning, move at their own pace, and learn from mistakes in a safe, supportive environment.
The Style of Hope brings together local fashion boutiques to create an unforgettable and inspiring runway show featuring community members and Hope students as models. Prepare for a night filled a mix of new and vintage fashion for women’s, men’s, and children’s fashion from boutiques like White House Black Market, Bella Boutique, Shayna Gibbons Boutique, Velvet & Rosemary, Chico’s, The Crafted Stag, The Wardrobe, and Better with Bubbli.
Guests will also enjoy the bold, soulful flavors of New Orleans with catering by Cured Catering, featuring unique bites like Crawfish Étouffée Empanadas and a variety of Southern-inspired savory and sweet dishes. This year’s signature drink, the Mardi Gras Punch, blends passion fruit, pineapple, cranberry, guava, and sparkling citrus. Enjoy it as a refreshing mocktail or spike it with rum or vodka.
